OPEN CAMPUS 2014

On Sunday, October 12th, Jacobs University has opened its campus to the Bremen community and of course, Mzuka was on board!
We had our first small performance this year on the stage of the Sports and Convention Center, passing on our lively spirit to the visitors of the open house.
THE END OF A JOURNEY
On 29th of November 2014, Mzuka hosted its annual fall concert, for which it welcomed more than 200 guests to the Jacobs campus. This year's concert was themed "Ekwain - A Journey Through Africa": In addition to a repertoire of 15 songs, the concert offered its audience the chance to learn about African history as well as musical and culinary traditions as they follow the path of two travelers and a griot, a West African storyteller.
Mzuka was delighted to see a through and through positive review of the concert in "Die Norddeutsche".

PIANO TO FORTE 2014

On the first weekend of November the biggest concert on campus took place and Mzuka had the honour to be part of it.
Next to traditional music from different countries, jazz and solo performances you could hear our choir performing a well known African song...the circle of life, the famous song from the Lion King.
